Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• During festive seasons, new collection launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping

We ship across India and to selected international destinations.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Earthy Yarns is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
